Note: Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless stated otherwise).
- International orders (if applicable).
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery charges.
