At Ajwaa Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Condition: The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for a free exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange your item for another perfume, the price difference (if applicable) will be adjusted.
Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns.
